• First Go To Google Webmaster Tools
• Sign in with you blogger account you can see your all blog click on which you want submit.
• On the left side click on Optimization > Sitemaps
• Now click on add sitemap as following
• Now paste this code in box

atom.xml?redirect=false&start-index=1&max-results=500

• Refresh the page and you are done !

Note:  The sitemap is for 500 posts after your 500 posts generate and submit sitemap again by the same method.
